Chicken Piccata


Hi friends!


I wanted to share this yummy recipe I found on Tasty. It's super easy! I tripled the recipe since I had my family over for dinner. I paired the chicken with rice pilaf and veggies.

Chicken Ingredients:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

salt and pepper to taste

flour, as needed

3 tablespoons butter

½ cup chicken broth

Lemon juice

2 tablespoons capers


Chicken Directions:

1. Butterfly the chicken breast and pound it thin. Salt and pepper to taste.

2. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off the excess.

3. In a skillet over high heat, melt three Tbsp. butter, and brown the chicken, the browner and crispier the better.
