Let's talk about fitness + nutrition!


Below you will find some of my favorite supplements, ways of eating healthy, and workouts that have helped me stay in shape and lose the 25-30 lbs that I did AND keep it off for over three and a half years. I gained this weight after my college soccer career ended at Vanderbilt University. Please keep in mind that I am no nutritionist or certified personal trainer. This is just what has worked for me.


What I do in a nutshell: Advocare, eating healthy, and exercising!!


Advocare:


I did the Advocare 24-day Jump Start and it 100% kick-started my weight loss journey and cleansed my body. I lost 8 lbs the first 24 days. After completing this challenge, I felt amazing and energized.


Now, I take Thermoplus every morning right when I wake up to kick-start my metabolism (30 minutes or so before breakfast) (one bottle lasts over 3 months). I take Crave Check SR 30-45 minutes before breakfast and 2 hours or so after lunch (one bottle lasts me over a month and a half). I also take Catalyst 30 minutes before my workout and drink a Spark in the morning and usually before a workout.


I highly recommend the 24-day Jump Start to get you started, but if you don't want to invest the money, I love the Spark, Thermoplus, & CraveCheck SR. The great thing about Advocare is that it is not a one size fits all. I would love to help you match the right products based on your goals and budget.
